1. Who we are and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all orders placed in the online store faithfulfiber.com (the "Store"). The seller and your contracting party is Faithful Fiber, a trade name of Jonathan Horridge, sole proprietor (not registered in the commercial register), c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH #1699, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland, email support.faithful.fiber@gmail.com ("we", "us"). Full details are on our Contact information page.

The Store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase contract is concluded only with us, not with Shopify or our production partners. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these Terms. A "consumer" is anyone who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

The contract language is English.

2. Our products

Our products are printed or embroidered on demand by our production partners (mainly Printful) after you order. Product images are mockups; colours and print placement can differ slightly from how they appear on your screen. Small variations in print position and colour are normal for print-on-demand items and are not a defect. We may change or discontinue products at any time; this does not affect orders already accepted.

Unless stated otherwise, our products are intended for personal use.

2a. Where we sell

We only sell and ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. We currently do not sell or ship to the European Union, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), the United Kingdom, or other countries listed as excluded in the Shipping Policy. Orders with a delivery address in an excluded country cannot be placed; if one is placed anyway, we may cancel it and refund it in full.

3. How a contract is formed (technical steps)

  1. Choose a product, size, colour and quantity and click "Add to cart".
  2. Open the cart and click "Check out".
  3. Enter your email, shipping address and, if different, billing address, and choose a shipping method and payment method.
  4. Review all details on the checkout page, including the items, the total price, shipping costs and these Terms. You can correct any input error at any time before ordering, by editing the fields directly, going back to the cart, or using your browser's back button.
  5. By clicking the "Pay now" button (or the payment provider's equivalent button, e.g. PayPal) you place a binding order with an obligation to pay.

Product listings in the Store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending the order confirmation email, which we send immediately after your order. We may decline an order (for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a destination we do not ship to); any payment already taken will then be refunded in full.

We store the contract details. You receive the order details by email in the order confirmation, and these Terms are always available on this page, where you can save or print them. If you have a customer account, you can also view your past orders there.

4. Prices, payment and import charges

  • Final prices. The prices shown are final prices for the goods. No VAT is shown or charged separately by us. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you order (see our Shipping Policy). The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order and stated in your order confirmation.
  • Currency. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout for your country. If your card or payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees.
  • Payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.
  • Switzerland: orders are shipped from abroad (EU/USA). Where Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) exceeds CHF 5, which is the case from an order value (goods plus shipping) of roughly CHF 62, the carrier charges you this VAT plus its own customs-clearance fee on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy for examples.
  • All other destinations (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and others): import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country or the carrier on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient, unless checkout expressly states that they are prepaid.
  • Discount codes (including affiliate codes) can only be used once per order, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days if no time is stated, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a full refund. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you (or a person you name). For business customers, risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier.

6. All orders are final – no right of withdrawal

Every item is made to order for you after you order it. All orders are therefore final: there is no right to withdraw from the contract, and we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind (including a wrong size or colour choice). Statutory rights of withdrawal that exist in some countries do not apply because we do not sell to those countries (see section 2a).

You can cancel an order free of charge only as long as production has not started (see our Refund & Return Policy). This section does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged or wrong (section 7), or in case of late or missing delivery (section 5).

7. Defects and statutory legal guarantee

You have the statutory warranty (legal guarantee) rights for defects under the law that applies to you, in particular the Swiss warranty rules (Art. 197 ff. Swiss Code of Obligations; for consumers, claims become time-barred 2 years after delivery, Art. 210 CO) and the consumer guarantees of your country, such as those in Australia and New Zealand. Please report damaged, defective or wrong items within 30 days of delivery by email to support.faithful.fiber@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo; we will then send a free reprint/replacement or refund the item (details in our Refund & Return Policy). The 30-day time frame does not limit your statutory rights. We do not give any additional commercial guarantee unless expressly stated.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law, and wherever liability cannot be limited by mandatory law.

Otherwise, as far as legally permitted, we are liable for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may normally rely), and limited to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when the contract was concluded. As far as legally permitted, liability for indirect or consequential damage and lost profit is excluded, and our total liability per order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limitations also apply to our assistants and service providers.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, outages or government measures). Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Affiliate links and partnerships

We run an affiliate program. Some people who recommend our products (e.g. on social media or blogs) are affiliates who receive a commission on sales made through their link or discount code. Affiliates are independent; they are required to disclose the partnership and are not authorised to make promises or statements on our behalf. Only the information on our Store and in these Terms is binding. Using an affiliate link or code does not change the price you pay, except for the discount stated for the code.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, texts, images, logos and other content in the Store belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product does not give you any right to copy, reproduce or commercially use its design. Scripture quotations are used in accordance with their translation's terms of use or are in the public domain.

11. Acceptable use of the Store

You may use the Store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, upload malicious code, scrape or systematically extract its content (including by automated tools or AI agents) without our consent, impersonate others or provide false information. We may suspend customer accounts that break these rules.

12. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or feedback, it must be honest and based on your own experience, and you must disclose any incentive you received. You allow us to display and use it free of charge in connection with our Store. We do not publish fake reviews and do not suppress negative reviews for being negative.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts with us are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.

Consumers can bring proceedings at the courts of their place of residence or at our place of residence in Switzerland, as provided by the applicable law. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the competent court at our place of residence in Switzerland.

14. Dispute resolution

If you have a problem, please email us first; most issues can be solved quickly. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may update these Terms for future orders; the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
