Withdrawals for earlier orders

We no longer sell to the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, and all orders are final because every item is made to order. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, please email support.faithful.fiber@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders placed while we shipped to the EU/EEA keep the withdrawal right that applied when they were placed: you can still send us your withdrawal by email within the original 14-day period.
